Every gutter installation we do comes with two warranties: a lifetime warranty on our installation and a 40-year warranty on the paint finish.
Lifetime warranty on our installation
The installation warranty covers the parts we control on the job. That includes the seams at corners and end caps, the hanger spacing and fastening, the slope toward the outlets, and the downspout connections. If one of those fails because of how we installed it, we come back and fix it.
The written terms are below.
Lifetime warranty on our installation workmanship: seams, corners, end caps, hangers, slope and downspout connections.
40-year warranty on the paint finish against peeling, flaking, and fading or chalking beyond the coil maker's published limits.
Not covered: storm, hail and falling-limb damage; changes or repairs by others; ladders leaned on the gutters; overflow from gutters that aren't kept clean.
40-year warranty on the paint
We form our gutters on site from pre-painted aluminum coil. The paint finish is warranted for 40 years against peeling, flaking, and fading or chalking beyond the coil maker’s published limits.
Your paperwork lists the coil and color that went on your house, so a paint claim is simple to start.
What’s typically covered
- Leaks at seams, corners, or end caps caused by our install
- Gutters pulling away from the fascia because of loose or failed hangers
- Standing water from slope we set incorrectly
- Downspout joints that separate under normal use
- Paint peeling, flaking or fading beyond limits, for 40 years
What’s typically not covered
- Storm and hail damage, including dents and bent sections
- Damage from falling trees or limbs
- Ladders leaned against the gutter, which can crush or bend it
- Changes, repairs, or add-ons made by others
- Overflow or damage from clogging when gutters are not kept clean
In DFW, oak tassels, pecan leaves, and pollen fill gutters fast. Regular cleaning, or guards, keeps that last item from becoming a problem.

What should I do if a gutter starts leaking?
Contact us with your address, install date if you have it, and a photo of the problem. We will set up a visit to look at it.
